Sugar Pine Health Packages
We offer four options - you can choose between a one-time visit or a package of multiple visits. Read below for more details about each option. If you aren't sure which one would work for your needs, you can always contact us for help. You can also choose to pay in full up front or you can pay monthly before each appointment.
One visit | $350
This is an extended one-time visit. We will discuss your health history and general concerns. This is a good option for someone who isn't quite sure about functional medicine yet or can't commit to a more expensive package. Please note this visit does not include labs.
Multi Session | $225/mo
This package includes both extended video visits and phone visits over a 6 month period. This is a good option for someone with multiple concerns or someone who needs to make some small changes to their lifestyle. This price includes the cost of your initial personalized lab panel.
One visit | $600
This is an extended one-time visit that includes basic functional medicine labs. We will discuss your health history in detail and a few concerns. Labs are done prior to the visit so we can review results. We then design a personalized plan based on our discussion. This price includes the cost of a basic lab panel (still more advanced than you would usually get!). This is a good option for someone who is relatively healthy and is interested in optimizing their health or working on basic problems.
Multi Session | $200/mo
This package includes both extended video visits and phone visits over a 12 month period. This is a good option for someone with multiple concerns, more complex concerns or someone who needs to make some bigger lifestyle changes. This price includes the cost of your initial personalized lab panel.
If you choose one of the consult options and later decide you would like to work with me further, you will receive a discount on the package price.

If you choose either package and later decide that you would like a few more visits to work on your health, we offer add-on visit packages of 3 or 6 visits for established patients.
